Billora Digital Services will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials. Report any unauthorized access immediately to our support team.
Transactions successfully delivered to incorrect details provided by the user cannot be reversed or refunded. Always double-check all details before confirming a transaction.

Data and Airtime: Delivered instantly to the phone number provided. Cannot be reversed after delivery.
Electricity: Tokens are generated and delivered based on meter number provided. Verify meter number carefully.

Social Media Services: Results depend on third-party providers. Delivery times may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for social media boost services.
Virtual Number Services: Virtual phone numbers are provided for receiving verification codes. Numbers are temporary and cannot be guaranteed for all services.
The following are strictly prohibited on the Billora platform:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent restriction, forfeiture of wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content on the Billora platform including the app, website, logo, branding, and code is the intellectual property of Billora Digital Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Our maximum liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds in their Billora wallet at the time of the incident.
Billora Digital Services reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice. Users may also request account deletion by contacting support. Upon account deletion, wallet funds will be reviewed for refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of Billora services shall be subject to Nigerian law and jurisdiction.
Billora Digital Services may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
